The downloadable order forms MAY be slightly out of date. In any question about price, the order office holds the right to make final decisions.

PAYMENT METHODS:

All orders must be paid in advance, Orders can be paid by by check, money order, VISA, Master Card, or certified check. Personal check and credit card orders will not be shipped until verified by the bank. All payments must be in United States certified funds.

Personal Checks: There may be an authorization delay for personal checks.

Certified Checks/Money Orders, and credit cards: Every effort is made to process these orders within three business days.

To protect our customers and us your order will not be billed and shipped until we have verified your credit card information with your billing address. You are not billed until we have shipped your order. All payments must be made with United States currency. Sales tax is added to Tennessee residents.

SHIPPING RATES:

We list two rates for shipping cost on the order sheets, one for continent of USA and the other for foreign orders. Foreign orders are shipped via surface carrier.

Unless specifically instructed, all orders are shipped by the least expensive carrier. United Parcel Service does not ship to post office boxes. If you request delivery to a PO box your order will be shipped by US mail. For shipping questions call us at (931) 692-2777

RETURNS:

No Returns unless our mistake. All orders final — Our prices are too low for us to accept book returns. All eligible returns require prior authorization from Harvestime Books. Call our customer service line 931-692-2777 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned within 5 days. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
